Kavapp is a sales and inventory management system for retail and food-service businesses. Teams configure products, menus, and recipes in the admin panel, employees process sales in Seller, and after each transaction the system generates a receipt, deducts the relevant products or ingredients, and updates stock levels. Kavapp also supports warehouse and logistics operations, staff and payroll management, finances, promotions, and loyalty programs. Reports and analytics bring current data together, giving owners a clear view of the business and helping them make faster decisions.
From idea to implementation
Concept, identity, and UX/UI
We shaped the idea and character of Kavapp, creating its name, identity, visual language, and UX/UI across the system. We designed clear workflows for owners, administrators, sellers, and logistics staff so complex operations would remain easy to handle day to day.
Building the entire system
We built Kavapp Admin, Seller, Logistics, and QR menu, together with the server side that connects them through shared data and business logic. This keeps settings, sales, receipts, inventory operations, and reports synchronized across different workspaces.
Evolution after launch
After launch, we continued improving the product: refreshing the design and technical foundation, revisiting key workflows, and adding new capabilities. Kavapp keeps evolving around real-world usage and the needs of businesses that rely on it every day.

From item setup to up-to-date stock levels
Kavapp connects item setup, sales, and inventory management in one continuous flow. The employee completes a familiar action, while the system automatically updates the information available to the owner.

An item is created in the admin panel together with the products or ingredients it contains.
Sell
The employee selects the item in Seller, completes the sale, and the system records the receipt.
Stay in control
Kavapp automatically deducts the relevant products or ingredients, updates stock levels, and shows the owner current sales and results.

iOS, Android, and Windows
Seller and Logistics are built with Flutter and Dart, supporting local data, offline workflows, and synchronization when the connection returns.
Web panel and server side
Kavapp Admin is built with React, while PHP, MySQL, and REST APIs handle business logic, data, and communication across the system.
Design, testing, and releases
SoftWars handles UX/UI, collaborative development, testing, server infrastructure, and releases to the App Store, Google Play, and Microsoft Store.
