Kavapp Site — a clear path into a complex product

We created a marketing website that explains Kavapp without technical overload, adapts the offer to different business types, and guides visitors from first discovery to a plan, registration, or consultation.

One website had to explain an entire ecosystem
Kavapp is not a single feature but a system for sales, accounting, inventory, logistics, staff, finance, and guest communication. Without clear scenarios and benefits, this kind of product is difficult for a potential customer to evaluate.
SoftWars had to turn a complex B2B ecosystem into a coherent web story: demonstrate value for different business formats, help users choose a solution and plan, and guide them toward registration or consultation.
What SoftWars built
Product structure
We structured the page hierarchy and user journeys for different audiences: food-service businesses, stores, specific niches, plans, system components, instructions, and frequently asked questions.
UX/UI and visual system
We designed responsive layouts, clear navigation, product cards, problem-and-solution comparisons, interface demonstrations, and a consistent system of visible calls to action.
Development, integrations, and launch
We built a responsive website, set up seven language versions, consultation forms, and direct paths to Kavapp registration. We connected it to Kavapp Admin and a separate content management panel, tested it, configured the domain and server, and continue to evolve the product.
How the website supports the product
Explains a complex product
- System benefits are presented through real business scenarios
- Sales, accounting, inventory, and staff problems are paired with solutions
- Kavapp components and their interfaces are explained separately
Segments the audiences
- Separate journeys for food-service businesses and stores
- Niche pages for cafés, bakeries, stores, and other business formats
- Content adapts to the needs and language of each business type
Guides users to action
- Plan comparison and a direct path to the right subscription
- Free registration without breaking the user journey
- Consultation, contact options, and quick access to Kavapp Admin
Scales product communication
- Seven language versions for an international audience
- Reviews, security, instructions, and FAQs strengthen trust
- The structure supports SEO and continuous content expansion
Gives the team control over content
- The team creates and updates guides and FAQs through the admin panel
- Reviews are moderated before they appear on the website
- Articles and news can be published without developer involvement
From a business need to the first action
The website does more than showcase Kavapp features. It guides users from recognizing their own problem to understanding the solution and taking a clear next step.
Users recognize their business
They choose food service, retail, or a specific niche and immediately see a relevant Kavapp use case.
Users understand the solution and build trust
Benefits, problem-and-solution comparisons, application overviews, security, and reviews show how the system works in a real business.
Users choose the next step
Users proceed to a plan, free registration, consultation, or Admin login depending on their stage in the product journey.
How we designed, built, and launched the website
Structure and design
We started with information architecture and Figma prototypes, then shaped the user journeys, responsive layouts, and a consistent Kavapp visual system.
Website development
We built the website with Next.js, creating a responsive interface, navigation for seven language versions, interactive sections, and connections to Kavapp services.
Launch and support
We tested the website across devices, configured the domain and server, and organized the update workflow through GitHub. After launch, we continue to support the website and expand its functionality.
Key Kavapp Site pages
A website that evolves with Kavapp
Kavapp Site has become a clear starting point for discovering the product. Visitors can find a solution for their type of business, understand the system’s capabilities, compare plans, and continue to registration or a consultation.
Work on the website did not end at launch. Through the admin panel, the Kavapp team keeps guides and FAQs up to date and publishes news and articles. As the product grows, new business niches, language versions, and product pages are added, while SoftWars continues to improve the website’s structure, design, and functionality. This keeps the website active, relevant, and evolving alongside Kavapp.
